Each DebugMe account is connected to the user who set’s it up first. Only this user can change the subscription settings (upgrade or downgrade) or cancel the subscription.

Upgrading your subscription

Go to your Account page & select the subscription you need.

Canceling your subscription

If you would like to delete your account, please drop us an email to support@debugme.eu.

You also need to withdraw automated payments from your PayPal account. Due to security reasons we can not alter your PayPal profile. Which means you will have to cancel your PayPal automated payments do DebugMe yourself. Here is how you do it.

Invoices

You get an invoice from your PayPal account for each payment you make to DebugMe. Should your accountant have additional requirements please contact us and we will make sure to meet your legal requirements.

I missed a payment, what should I do?

In case you don't have enough money on your account, PayPal will try to collect it again from you in a couple of days.

I just set up a paid account but I’m not able to access all the features yet. What should I do?

There is a few minutes delay between your payment is accepted in PayPal and PayPal confirming this to DebugMe. During these few minutes you may experience that you don’t have access to the paid account features. If this issue persists for more than 15 minutes, please contact us at support@debugme.eu or on our chat.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer ~20% discount if you choose to pay for the product annually. We may offer additional discounts/free subscriptions for institutions or non-profits. Get in touch with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

You don't need a credit card to sign up for a trial. Once your trial expires you can pay with PayPay, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

I’m an EU Customer

If you are a customer from the EU with a valid VAT ID, VAT is not included on your bill (reverse charge system). VAT will be included for EU customers without a VAT ID (i.e. you are an individual).

What is your refund policy?

We offer a free 30 day trial, so take your time to find out if the product fits to your requirements. You can cancel your subscription any time but we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining subscription time.
